Spherical cast steel shot

Spherical cast high carbon steel shot also known as round steel shot is a high quality, extremely durable and economical metal abrasive. Spherical cast steel shot is produced by granulation of liquid pig iron through advanced methods in protective gas atmosphere or by centrifugal wheel in water method which enables the production of shot with maximally spherical surface and integrity, but with minimal loss of alloy elements. It ensures high quality of cast steel shot after full heat treatment. Spherical cast steel shot is characterised by very low dust emission, low friability, low breakdown rate and versatility of applications.
