Chrome-nickel stainless steel shot is produced by spraying molten cast-steel with addition of chrome and nickel, silicon and manganese. It is high quality, extremely durable, stainless and economical metal abrasive. The distinguished features of chrome-nickel stainless steel shot are long-lasting, short time needed to achieve the desired result of blasting without dust emission.

Chrome-nickel stainless steel shot prevents from formation of the rust colour and ferrous contamination on the surface of aluminium castings, which usually emerges after processing with normal steel shot. This method eliminates the necessity of further cleaning of processed casting by chemical cleaning or the next blasting. The end result is low consumption, high performance, smooth, shiny, satin-like finish and low machine wear.

Stainless chrome-nickel steel shot is widely used for: cleaning of steel and aluminium surfaces, de-burring, limescale removal and surface treatment of aluminium castings and forgings, and other alloys of copper, zinc and iron. Stainless chrome-nickel steel shot is also excellent for decorative cleaning and shotblasting of stone, cobblestone, paver blocks, marble, granite, concrete, cleaning and producing structure of the surface, removing burrs and edges and making a surface antiskid, revitalizing the surface appearance.
