Nutshell granules
Product characteristics
Nutshell granules belong to very hard, light, natural abrasives. Grits are made of the crushed , cleaned and sieved walnut shells. Nutshell granules belong to reusable abrasive and feature low impact on the air-blasted surface without damaging underlying material. Nutshell granules are 100% natural product and they are free of respirable crystalline silica (SiO2)
Nutshell granules are used for cleaning, stripping, deburring of moulds in rubber industry, aeroplane bodies form layers of pain coatings, cleaning turbines and automotive parts, removing graffiti. They are used in soft abrasive blasting and polishing aluminium, jewellery, fittings, composites, electric motors, plastic, stainless steel and architectural cleaning and restoration of wood, brick, stone or concrete.
