Steel grit

Product characteristics

Steel grit is a high quality metal abrasive, extremely durable and economical. Steel grit after full heat treatment is produced by crushing spherical cast steel shot. It is characterised by very low dust emission and extreme durability as compared to sand, slag and mineral abrasives. Sharp-edged steel grit gives a much sharper profile of roughness than round shots what ensures the appropriate adhesion of protective coating to the surface and effective removal of heavy paints.
