Chilled iron grit

Product characteristics

Chilled iron grit is produced by iron melting process, atomisation, crushing and then sieving to proper size grains. Chilled iron grit is reusable , highly grinding and hard. Sharp-edged chilled iron grit gives a very sharp profile of roughness what ensures the appropriate adhesion of protective coating to the surface and effective removal of heavy paints. Chilled iron can be also produced in spherical shape in sizes ranging from 0,5 mm to 6,0 mm.
