Our stainless steel CHROME cut wire is characterized by low hardness, high durability, and performance, as well as reduced dusting during the shot blasting process. The minimal content of toxic nickel is a significant advantage of chrome wire shot, making it a substitute for abrasives with a higher percentage of nickel content. Stainless cut wire chrome shot is also very popular in the concrete precast industry and in the paving stone shotblasting processes.
Wire-cut chrome shot can be conditioned by ovalizing the abrasive grains.
Chrome stainless steel cut wire is a reusable abrasive used in abrasive blasting of stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals in pneumatic and turbine shot blasters. It is also used in deburring, surface finishing, removing rust and mold sand, descaling, as well as texturing of concrete, natural stone and granite.
